Crème Developer Vol 30 (9%): Dm-Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Peg 100 Stearate Se and Glyceryl Stearate, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Light Liquid Paraffin, Propylene Glycol, Orthophosphoric Acid, Sodium Stannate, Disodium Edta, Prunus Dulcis (Almond) Oil, Linum Usitatissimum (Flaxseed) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil. How to Use: Mix Blonder Powder and Developer in a 1:2 ratio in a glass/ plastic bowl. Section your hair and apply the mixture using a brush. Keep the mixture for 45-60 mins.
